Blacklisted emails

When you see that you have an email that's blacklisted, do you guys switch it out with a fresh one?

I looked through the forum and read what Sven said about blacklisted emails, but couldn't find an answer to this question.

You should uncheck the emails, add new and delete the unchecked after some hours.
