I run GSA SER  on a solid seo vps with 2G RAM  4cores ,I buy 30 proxies from buyproxies.org .
i improt a list to GSA and start run .
Then the GSA ONLY RUN 10 THREADS . NO MATTER 200THREADS OR 300 THREADS SET .It only run in 10 threads .
The same in my own CP

    most likely a problem of having too few target URLs to post to,

    1400 URL's isn't really much at all in terms of SER. When most of us import verified lists its 50k, 100k lists, etc.

    at the begining when i start to run the project and the threads is ok ,,some mins later it drop to less and less.
    at the final,it drop to 10 or 0

    1400k would mean 1,400,000 URLS. Maybe you mean 1,400 URLS?

    Either way, its most likely lower URL count if its 1,400 URLS or settings + you mentioned its not a verified list so that's another thing that would make a difference.
