Cannot open gsa ser

My gsa ser hangs badly . I have to force close it from task manager. Even rebooted VPS, Also increased VPS RAM
When i open ser, it takes too much time and then show error screen that has send bug report option.( I have also sent bug report)
When I start GSA SER ,it is just an icon in windows bar and no matter how i click on it (or use ALT TAB the program just wont pop up)

I am facing this issue from last 3 days. @Sven Can you please look into this ?

    hmm maybe you added way too much content like too many public proxies or such. Hard to tell what it is. Can you maybe offer access to that PC?

    @Sven I have only 170+ proxies and nothing else and no public proxy. And proxy issue will come when it ser starts but it ser never starts
