Ability to block IDN / foreign charcter URLs

Hi Sven

Can you please add a function to never post to IDN domains i.e. non-Latin URLs? They begin with xn-- ... so: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationalized_domain_name

    Hmm, where is this URL filter box please? Yes I have now, thanks. But maybe it is easier for some to add it as a standalone option anyway. Thanks
