What strategy does it take to rank a Blogspot blog ?

I'm curious, in the current Google SEO state what will it take to rank low competition keywords on a Blogspot blog with GSA SER ? Like is a pyramid really required and what rules should I follow if any at all for link building on blogger ?

    Most people say you can rank Parasite pages with pure spam, but I've yet to been able to replicate that.

    I blast 1 month ago with 3000 contextual articles links and results almost 0. I started 4-5 days ago same strategy to a new domain and I alreasy see serp movements.

    @jsmithnms so your doing this on a blogspot/parasite page ? and what do you mean by results almost 0 ?

    hatterftw1  parasites(blogspot) dont give me results... just on domains i see results.
