Uninstalled and Reinstalled GSA SER--- License Info No Longer Works

Over the last 3 updates and whatever tweaks
I may have made over the last 72 hours to settings
I could now only manage  about 42 threads (3 LPM).

So I decided to do an uninstall / re-install 
After uninstall I downloaded the Demo
and then entered my original license info....but
every time I try to start SER it prompts me for
the info again. I have hand-typed this as well
as copy-pasted from my confirmation email
with no luck. Also tried a different install folder.
