Getting GSA SER to post to Edu and Gov sites

Hello,

How do you get GSA SER to post to Edu and Gov sites. One time I briefly heard it explained that it must be in this format !Gov !Edu

Well I believe that's what it is...anyway but where do you go from there? Where would I put that in SER and what is the exact format?

Any help would be appreciated.

just use the button in project options -> url/domain filter ->Create Domain Filter
