Can any one help me? GSA owner not solved yet!! Internal Error #9091

When I am opening GSA a error message shows "INTERNAL ERROR #9091 CONTACT info@gsa-online.de"
Please give me a solution......

    Did you follow the instructions in the error and contact the email address? (keep in mind time zone differences)

    try to uninstall/install again

    use ccleaner to clean files and registry  before re-installing gsa ser
