Making the best use of link lists

I’m not sure if anyone can help me or not?

However, I’m trying
to figure out if I’m using the link lists correctly that I’m downloading from
various sources.

At the moment I’m setting up various campaigns in GSA which
consist of Web 2.0’s and PBN’s that I want to send Tier 1 links to.

When I first down load the list to a campaign (let’s say a
Web 2.0), everything runs very smoothly and I’m able to establish 5 - 6k’s
worth of links to it. I stop it there, because I want it to sit for 3-4 days,
then change the settings.

From there, I upload the same list to the next Web 2.0 and
run the GSA again. Again I don’t have any difficulty in establishing an other 5
-6 k’s worth of links. Then, Again I stop the program with the aim of letting
it sit for 3 - 4 days

Having said that though, when I upload the same list to the
next Web 2.0 I’m able to run it until it starts to stall around the 3k mark of
established links.

I get the following:

Important Message;

No target to post to (no search engines chosen, no site list
enabled, no URL extraction chosen, no scheduled posting)

Shortly before that the following messages can start
showing up:

12:45:20: [-] 231/256 download failed (Return: -, SockError:
Connection timed out) -

12:45:20: [-] 232/256 download failed (Return: -, SockError:
Connection timed out) - http://www.centrodedistribucion.net/index.php/component/users/?view=registration

When I import a list to a Web property I then remove all
duplicate domains before I run GSA on any particular web property. In regards
to the description above, the list I used was a fairly large list. So, I was
able to get about 20,000 established links out of it until it started stalling.

It’s possible I maybe answering my own question in a way.

Is it, that you can only use any single list only once on
GSA. In other words, even though I’ve spread it over 3-4 web properties it
eventually exhausts itself on that GSA?

So, at that point you need to add a new list?

Or, is there something else I’m missing?

The two sites you posted open up just fine so I would think that it's a proxy problem. Make sure your proxies are working.
