License not working

Hello i posted the same query yesterday but strangely cannot find the post today. Was it deleted?

Here is my query - i bought the license for GSA search engine ranker on 2013. The license stopped working in the mid of 2014, and still not working. I did not contact support at that time because i had stopped using the software. Now i want to use it again but the license is not working. What to do? Whom to contact? What information the support needs to help me out?
