SER ENGINES NOT WORKING

About 3 weeks ago my ser engines stopped working to the extent that I cannot get any submitted or verified links.  I have changed nothing on the system from when it did work.  Serengines says everything is working on their end.  Anyone else have this problem??

Just running a test campaign on my end and so far at 12 submitted/18 verified:

I'm using catchall emails and expert decoders for captcha solving.

What is expert decoders ?

@redfoxseo- Expert decoders is third party captcha solving service like deathbycaptcha, etc.The point was that I'm using a captcha solving service, not a captcha solving software since most captchas for web 2.0 are recaptcha.
