Which Platforms Yield the Highest Quality Links?

I'm buffering my money site with a handful of independently hosted, relevant sites which feed a couple of important links to the money site. I'm building links via SER to these (technically second tiered) sites.

My question is, if you wanted the highest quality links pointing to your top tier sites, quality over quantity, which types of platforms should I be ticking? Much thanks, all.

    You would probably want to go for contextual platforms. The easiest way is to right click in the engine selection window choose the option here:

    As far as specific platforms go, I don't really have any suggestions.
