How can i slow My LPM Down?

This is a question that i doubt gets asked very often.  But how can i slow my lpm down?  I dropped the number of threads but it lowers then just goes fast all of a sudden. Maybe i can cap it somehow?

I want to lower it so that my spartan email and even captcha plans can cover it.

    Use bad public proxies and your LPM will be down in no time.. but other than that you can set limit for links in options
