Does GSA Captcha Breaker can solve captchas in other language(eg. Chinese)?

I think CB solve captcha in three steps, 1. filter, get rid of the noise of background; 2. segmentation, distinguish different letter; 3. OCR;

The first two step doesn't related to specific language, if I add other language(eg. chinese) charset in "tessdata" folder, it should work? But actually it doesn't, is there anybody know something about this?

    this is more or less the procedure but the internal functions before OCR is applied is not allowing any other charset than Latin.

    @Sven, thank you for your answer. 
    1: Is that possible I can take advantage of the step1 and step2 and use my own OCR SYSTEM?
    2: Can I get the middle result of GSA CB, such as the result image after step2 and before step3 OCR?
    3: Will Gsa CB support other charset in the future?
