I build 90% dofollow but ahrefs and majestic shows 90% nofollow

I mostly build contextuals (joomla), which gsa tells me that is a dofollow platform.
After 1 month I checked the MAjestic and Ahrefs and it tells me that 90% of them are nofollow.

Who should I trust here?

    What joomly in detail? There are two Joomla engines, both are building however dofollow for me most of the time.

    Most probably that dofollow links is not indexed

    Just run the verified links you've built through the scrapebox DF addon and you'll have your answer. :)
