Hi - Urgent Question - How can you remove your server's IP from a spam database?

I was soooo stupid that I haven't checked to use my proxies when submitting and now my server's main ip is blacklisted.
How can I remove it as soon as possible?

    From what database? There are few databases so without url noone is able to give you exact answer.
    Mostly its not possible to remove IPs from sites like stopforumspam, cleantalk etc. Such websites remember your IPs for few months, than your IP is clean again. Dont worry if you have few listings on stopforumpspam. Your vps provider wont turn you off because of few stopforumspam listings.

    Well, my ip is on cleantalk and honeypotproject at least
    Cleantalk has 400 sightings and 0.7 spam score
    I'm gonna be killed by my vps provider I think
