Macro for random urls in Articles

What is the recommended macro for inserting random links in Articles ? is <a href="%random_url%">%random_anchor_text%</a> reliable ? I read in the documentation This might not always work so handle with care.

or use %url% for the URL used in projects...

Macros work well for me!
