No targets to post to with daily paid list, please help

Hey guys, I'm getting no targets to post to on most projects. Here's the set up:

Dailylinklist
CB with 2 retries
Catchall emails (www.catchallseo.com, bronze)
Instantlinkindexer+Indexification
SEO CM+ChimpRewriter

450 threads
HTML timeout 90
Public proxies - have 1k active good at any time (search engines, submission, PR checking)

Projects I tried:
1. All contextual checked (Articles, Wiki, Web 2.0, Social network)
Using synced dailylinklist, 15 articles, options: http://prntscr.com/6mv0ic
No filters
40/600, 14/140, 25/400 (S/V on 3 diff. projects)

2. Almost everything checked http://prntscr.com/6muzpq
Using master verified list (1.8mil links)
No filters, 15 articles, options: http://prntscr.com/6mv0an
Around 22k total links on 6 different projects, then error

    Dont use public proxies for submission.
    Its not possible to use public scraped proxies for submission with good results.
    Why? Everyone can find them, tons of other people use them for many tasks, speed is low.

    Long time ago i tested myself alot of public scraped proxies. Less than 5% of these proxies had speed higher than 100-250kbps (and thats still very low speed). "Alive" proxy dont mean proxy fast enough to post anything or access any website.

    Buy private proxies (shared for example), check how it works, go back to forum if you still have problems.

    Alright, thanks.

    But I have error no targets to post to on most of the project running, does that correlate with what you said? (dailylinklists provides with basically unlimited targets and master list has almost 2 mil targets)

    Is not that all are dead standing, just 80%, others are struggling here and there randomly.

    Because of low quality proxies you can get timeout error or download failed on many websites and maybe because of this you run out of targets faster.

    http://prntscr.com/6mv0an - here i dont see any global list checked (identified, verified etc). How you import targets to projects? List seller dont give you acces to folder with list?

    I imported master verified list to that project.

    If your talking about us Nightwolf, open a ticket and myself or Sagar will figure out whats going on.

    If not, I'd delete target-history and make sure your proxies are working. Sounds like, for whatever reason, your projects are marking everything as previously processed. If your proxies went out or connection went down, SER would burn through that list and mark everything as processed.

    Also, if you want decent LPM you want way more than 3 active projects. Aim for more like 10 or so, and let your manual-import randomize the list through the relevant projects.
