How Does Email Verification Work?

I'm asking this because I'm wondering if I still need to use proxies for email verification or not. I'm wary of IP leaking.
There ain't any documentation on how Sven coded the email verification part. Like if you don't have any proxies selected, does it ONLY login to the email and grab the verification link and then use a proxy to click it and then login and post? Or does it download the emails and click the links with your server IP before trying to login and post?
I think using your regular IP for link verification would be very easy for webmasters to classify you as spammer.

@Sven, please clear this out. Thanks in advance.

proxies for email verification are used for logging into the email account.

proxies for verification are used for "clicking" on the link.

  • Thanks. Please tell me if what I understand is true.
If I don't have email verification checked, it won't use proxies to login into the email account, BUT it will use proxies (verification) to click on the link?
So it's okay to not use proxies and won't leak my IP because it uses the verification proxies when clicking a link, right?
