Test proxy change

Hi @Sven, the recent option to 'text new proxies' when they are added is useful. Can you please amend this and/or add another option to this, to test ALL proxies not just that have been added?

As currently I am doing this in 2 stages:

1) Test new proxies, then
2) Test out the rest.

So if you can combine it, it will be easier. Only a small suggestion.

    Why not Say No when asked to test and click on TEST->All...?

    Well yes.. but this would be easier as I update proxies often with 4x licenses... :)
