Help: Where do you host catch-all emails?

Hi All,

Need your help, as I try to search here and googling but can't find any info. I'm looking for hosting some catch-all emails for SER but I found all hosting provider disable this feature. Many of them not clearly stated that catch-all email feature disable, so I have to chat with them first to find out.

Many thanks

in Germany you buy a reseller account, and add your domains to the account, then make subdomains, and for every subdomain you make a catchall. And look at confixx are inside is easier to manage then CPanel.

Thats my way, i have 10 Domains with 10 Subs on every domain, i make this now around 9 month, and no one is blacklisted, i build between 40-100k Links per day, with this accounts.
  • Thanks @molcho

My question is more to which hosting company allows catch-all email. Hostgator for example, disable yhis feature, and so with others.

do you want to host in Germany? When yes i can send you a PM.
or look at companies that have confixx, in europe the most one with confixx, you can work with catchall, i work in the european market.
  • I can send you a Euro hosting service which allows up to 25 domains with catchall emails for €6/year.
  • Hi @rogerke

I'd like to know that hosting you referred. Pls PM me the info, really appreciate.

  • @rogerke can you please PM me the hosting service too? thanks mate.
  • I would like to know the $6/year hosting service too. please pm me
  • Why not posting the link of the 6 Euro /year. So many people can benefit from it

Can you please send it to me rogerke?

    Thanks

    I use Host Stage:
    http://www.host-stage.net/client-area/aff.php?aff=315
NOTE: This is my affiliate link so I will get commission if you sign up using it.

Host Stage has a STARTER Shared Hosting account for $1.95 per month with a free domain (something.freehst.com), and you can then setup a catchall email in cPanel (lots of tutorials on youtube) so it will accept any random email you send it from GSA SER. You are also only on a month to month billing so you can just try it for one month then cancel if you don't like it.

I use it and it works great, especially for the price.

  • Namecheap offers domain forwarding for any domain you have. It also supports wildcards. Forward all email from that domain to another email you have set up on a different account:

That being said I use SEO Spartans for catchalls. 95% of the time its working and its cheap.
  • Instead of hosting your own, just use a provider who will host it for you, do all the set up, etc.

I've been with http://catchallseo.com/ for a few months.

    Awesome service, awesome support.

    It's like $2.99 after coupon rebate; https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/16486/trial-4-99-catch-all-email-hosting-for-gsa-ser-stop-using-disposable-emails-now/p3

Been working like a charm. Just paste your SER format email they give you into your projects, and you have infinate emails!
  • Been using catchall seo for a month now, working fine.
  • Take care with these beacuse from my experience many hosts like to blacklist a lot.

ex. i dont receive emails from some engines (russian and chinese websites mostly) on my host, but when using gmails i got them in inbox

The problem with shared hosting providers such as hostgator is that they tell you you can add unlimited accounts \ domains but what they dont tell you is that they limit the number of inodes to 250K

    WTF is a inode ---- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inode

Here is a note from Hostgator on this:

Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy:
    http://www.hostgator.com/tos/acceptable-use-policy
    Section C.
    Subsection b. INODES.
The use of more than two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) inodes on
any shared or reseller account may result in a warning, and if no action
is taken to reduce the excessive use of inodes, your account may be
suspended. If an account exceeds one hundred thousand (100,000) inodes
it will be automatically removed from our backup system to avoid
over-usage, however, databases will still be backed up as a courtesy in
our sole discretion. Every file (i.e. a webpage, image file, email,
etc.) on your account uses up one (1) inode.
User accounts that constantly create and delete large numbers of files
on a regular basis, have hundreds of thousands of files, or cause file
system damage may be flagged for review and/or suspension.

My suggestion is not to waste your time with shared hosting for creating a email server but rather get a dedicated machine where you have no restrictions on.
