GSA - Verified and Submitted links

edited January 2013 in Need Help
I have a few questions about the GSA SER:
First What determines the amount of harvested submitted links, and whether they play an important role?
Second What determines the amount of obtaining verified links and whether they play an important role?
3rd What is the import of the URL in the advanced options in the tool's tab?

    AND STILL [why?]:

    1. the more submitted links you have the more verified you will get in general
    2. what determines ? the links that have been verified to be live are counted in the verified column
    3. you can import the urls you want to submit to (target) - you get same function if you right click on a project
learn more from the FAQ sticky post

    1. GSA did a scrape run and did not find any recognizable engines / platforms (I think)
    2. some login credentials found in an email did were not actually correct (I think)
    3. did not find a corresponding match for the category selection thus revise your categories for that project
make use of wildcard masks (*tech* could match Technology and Tech and Technical category)

next GSA tried to verify links from emails but did not find something to verify on that particular try

  • So how many time i should wait for verify all links?
  • seems like you use just junk links..

I can get 80% with articles..

but "junk" like BC or forum profiles is mostly like 10 - 30%
  • since using a good payed proxy, rate went up too

    dudz1ok
its done automatically by GSA SER
longest GSA SER waits is about 5 days (for directories)
after that time it deletes the submitted links because it thinks links will not come anyway

if you want to make the wait period longer you have to dig into the engines folder on the appropriate file

or better yet you can tell it to "don't remove URLs" in the options tab for a specific project to wait for ever on those links to be verified
(I usuallly do this on a project only for directories because those might take months to answer you link submission)
  • Thx for reply ! ;-)
@thisisalex, so what should I do to get better results??

    read the FAQ
    - up the threads to the point just before the computer freezes (less than 99% CPU and 2.1GB of MEM)
    - put more keywords in each project (scraping keywords)
    - enable/disable search engines
    - free restrictions on your OPTIONS > filter urls (PR etc)
    - use the global sites list to submit to (OPTIONS tab)
    - buy private proxies and use only those
    - use captcha breaker or other softie use External as 2nd service for better succes
read some more the FAQ and this forum

  • use spintax and only articles.....

    @GiorgosK thx for reply
@thisisalex I use ~90 keywords per one project and ~20 catalog per one project.
I submit to: articles, blog comment, directory, SB, SN and Web 2.0

    Sorry for my english.. :)
If I export links from project 'A' and then I duplicate project 'A' and I name it as 'B' and I import only verified links from project 'A' to project 'B'.. so I should get 100% verified links?
I use Kontent Machine to create articles, comment etc..

I think that everybody can understand me and what I mean ;)

    Thx for reply!

    What you think about this:
    image
    it's good?

And how You use keywords ?
    A,B,C,D... or {A,B|B,C|C,D|A,C|A,D|...}?
