Installation states its not a valid win32 installation

Tried installing the software on an older xp machine and this is what I got: not a valid win32 installation? Google some but no lucky in getting this resolved. any ideas short of buying a newer machine?

    Should work just fine on WinXP. Seems to me as your download is not complete!?

    Was using Firefox then tried on IE and it worked fine. Thx.
