generic anchor text modification

Hi, i am building projects for 3 different languages and for each and every one project i need a different generic anchor text list. If I change the generic anchor text list for 1 project are the other projects affected?

    make a folder, copy the file there and use the project option with the ability to choose a folder for data files.
