Should We Use Proxies If We Have Scraped/Verified Lists To Post To ?

I just searching for this answer all the day,but can't find any.

i have a lists of scraped url to post,
simple question.
Should We Use Proxies (either public or private) When We Have Scraped/Verified Lists To Post To ?

    You should always be using proxies unless you want your server IP or even your home connection IP to be banned.

    you are right when we aren't use target list and let gsa to find the target by search engine,they will block our ip.

    but when we use target list, who will ban our ip?? 
    we dont even use search engine in this case...

    Your IP will get listed in online Spam Database and will be blacklisted. But I guess if your not worried about that then let SER run with no proxies.

    Just keep in mind that you might get shut down from your server host, if using a VPS or something, and your internet provider could receive spam complaints about you if running SER from home.

    Yes, use proxies even if you're just posting like Trevor said.

    I don't always use proxies to identify or verify, but I always use proxies to post.
