I'm trying to figure out how to add the keywords in this tier filter setting. Should I use spintax, comma seperate the keywords, or...?

actually a mask like: filter1|filter2|*filter3*|....

should I enter Anchor Text|Partial match anchor text|LSI anchor

or is there a file I should create?
