I got some Ytube Channels, want to rank better.
Does someone here does that? Have some experience?
Can I blast 50 guestbooks/comments daily on the channel and the vids?
Or play it safer, with web.20 and spintax-article submissions linking to the channel?

I don't do youtube videos, but I have seen it documented countless times in seo forums that people blast blog comments and things like that with great results. I highly doubt you will hurt anything with that property.
just general BCs, or should they be fittet with some related anchor text keywords?
