register and add my serial to a demoversion

hello

I've just bought GSA search engine ranker , and i got my serial number on My Produts section but without the download link , so i download the Demoversion and i installed it on my computer , i clicked register to add the serial and complete name but after adding the serial and name i got this message "Please restart the program now" ! so i restared the program but it still not registred yet !! i tried many time to regsiter my soft but without success!! i also sent 2 mails to support but still no response , how to resolve that ?
