Cannot Enter Partial Match Anchor Text Field

Hope someone can help. In my data settings screen, I can enter my URL, Keywords and Anchor Text without problem. 

However, I am unable to either type or paste into any of the Parital, Secondary, Branding, LSI, etc anchor text fields.

There must be some other setting which is overriding those fields, preventing me from typing in them. But for the life of me I can't find out what the problem is. Below is a screen shot of my data screen:

    Try changing your DPI setting in windows to a normal value as well as font size. This ususally fixes problems here.

    Thanks. I unchecked "use Windows XP style scaling" in control panel and that worked!
