How do I open the CSV file report? It all looks messy

I need to send the full reports in CSV file to my clients but the results are all messed up. 
I use Excel to open it. Last year it worked prefectly. But for some weeks it doesnt.

    The issue with Excel is that a normal "column1","columns2" is a problem for it. It works better if it finds "Column1";"Column2"

    You can export in that way as well.

    When saving, choose the correct Filter Type in the save dialog with Excel-CSV format.

    In GSA i have only 2 options:
    Txt and CSV,
