Need help on Tier 2

Hi all,

Question for the audience please. Let's say I use a 2.0 auto-builder, doesn't matter which one, and it builds out 30 2.0's with content and a 'link' randomly inserted. Now, let's say I want to use GSA to build Tier 2 to those Tier 1's. So I load up the Tier 1 urls, create my project, and hit 'start'. Simple enough. The question is, does GSA have a filter to detect if there is a link on the Tier 1 or not? I would love to find a way to avoid wasting resource building tier 2 to tier 1 that didn't get a link.

    I want to add few more points to your questions.

    1. How we can get urls of tier 1 ?
    2. should we use both GSA list and custom list or only custom list ?
