LPM going crazy after email verify ?

So usually im around 30 LPM or something when i just spamming randomly but last week or so with new projects and same settings LPM was below 1.

My emails are slightly old but they verify ok when u test them but i suspected them.

So i ran "verify emails only on projects" for like one minute and then back to normal. After that the LPM went to 50+ for like 20 min.

What is going on with my settings ?
