Can it write the sitelist while SER reads it?

I noticed that something is wrong,because SER is giving me the no more target errors.So i checked the folder where PI supposed to write the identified list.
The problem is that the last modified date on them is 5th of march.When most probably SER was not running.

Is it possible that PI is not able to write the file while SER is reading it?

    @sysco32 - Pi doesn't lock the file so it shouldn't be an issue. Were you using monitor option or process files option?
