Whats the best way to insert your anchor with a macro?

I was using this: <a href=“%url%>%anchor_text%</a> 

But it wasn't working right in any of the articles I submitted. Is this the wrong macro?

    Yes, you forgot The second " 

    In that case you better use %link% as macro an it will use some different syntax for a html-link with anchor text.
