Problems posting to relevant sites

Sven, can you help?

I am getting articles and text posted to embarrassingly irrelevant
sites despite using the facility on the ‘Options Tab’ to define that ‘At Least x
keywords must be present on Visible text on site’. I suspect the problem may be
due to my lack of understand of how GSA handles the key-words and key-phrases.

Can I give an example [using imaginary
keywords for simplicity]Here is the setup:-

  • Keywords phrases / words entered on data tab = weight loss, weight reduction, slimming
  • 'Data Tab/ Put keywords in quotes when used in search queries' is ticked
  • ‘Options  Tab/ At Least 1 keyword must be present on Visible text on site’ is ticked

QUESTION 1: does entering 'at least 1 keyword' accept a
site only if the text contains a key phrase such as 'weight loss' OR 'weight
reduction' OR 'slimming' OR does it accept the site if it contains a single key
word from the key phrase like 'weight' OR 'reduction' etc?

QUESTION 2: If I select 'at least 2' does it then accept a
site only if it has 2 key phrases for example 'weight loss' AND 'weight
reduction' OR does it take single key words and accept for example 'loss' AND 'reduction',
(a very different meaning).

SER seems to be accepting single words out of a phrase
rather than complete key phrases, but I may be mistaken. If I am correct, unless
it treats 'Keywords' as meaning the complete key phrase between commas, then it
seems to make it impossible to select relevant sites effectively. There will
always be lots of anomalies.
Am I right or am still doing something wrong?

QUESTION 3: Is there any way of setting SER to delay a post
to an apparently relevant site until it has been checked by a person and given
the OK to make the post?

Q1 It will only accept things when the keyword  'weight loss' AND/OR 'weight

    reduction' AND/OR 'slimming' is present.

    Q2: see point Q1

Please understand that some sites it finds might be articles or posts where all is in but later the site itself is not related to this as others have placed a relevant article there.

the OK to make the post? (to overcome the issue you raised at the end of your post above)
