How to Use GSA for Competent's Site Backlinks

I am new with GSA Search Engine Ranker. I have a list of my competent's backlink but I don't know to use It with GSA Ranker. Kindly help me with step by step screenshots. Without screenshot It could be little confusing.

Kindly explain with the example URL=utnereader.comwww.utnereader.com/blogs/politics.aspx

If you have this url from your competent backlink then how you will use this your your site.
Kindly explain it thoroughly because It will help others in Future as well.

    I think this is what you are talking about. Right click you project > Import Target URLs > Insert Links

    We have to change something in Project Options and we have to trim the Urls or not ?
