How do multiple secondary services work?

I checked the manual (http://docu.gsa-online.de/captcha_breaker/options) but it seems to be out of date. I have multiple secondary captcha services setup. I am wondering how they work. Each one has a check box next to them. Does CB send a request to all of the ones with a check mark? Does it send it to the top one first? If it sends it to all of the ones checked does the first one to respond get selected?

    It sends to all checked services one after the other from top to bottom until it gets a reply.
