Prorxies Not working even I change Proxy provider

I bought 10 dedicated proxies when I test them it showing as not
working, this thing happened second time, Anyone have any idea how
to fix this? Even I also tried to use another provider proxies but issue
not sort out yet.

Please let me know if anyone have any idea.

    how are you importing?

    It should be done like this:
    user:pass@ip:port

    Does your proxy provider require I.P. authentication? Usually, if you login to your client backend, you can see a place to authenticate your I.P. - Either you're importing them wrong as @GSAHKing has mentioned or I.P. authentication might be required and usually just takes a few clicks once you login to set it up.
