10 dedicated vs 20 semi-dedicated proxies?

I'm going to buy proxies from buyproxies.org and cant decide whats the best option, 10 dedicated or 20 semi-dedicated?

I will use GSA on a small scale (at least compared to most here lol) and also want to use the proxies for programs like Traffic Travis to check my rankings in Google.

    Best is to use dedicated.

    But you can try your luck. If you're using the same proxies with users who scrape and submit very heavily, then you may not be able to use your proxies for GSA and Traffic Travis.
