Link building being hampered for this... Why is this problem ?  Proxy or something else ?

    It is more than likely a proxy issue. Can you put up screen shots of your settings ?

    proxie problem or website dont even work, like the 1st one on the screen
    you can allways double click on that and the link will open in your browser.
