Hi all! I want to make backup my projects one time in day, how can i do it? Thanks

    right click on the project->modify->backup.

    no, but since all is in one folder, you can as well backup that folder.

    I backed up my file but unfortunately GSA was erased from my computer now reinstalled How can I load the .ser file into the software !?

    right click on project listing -> modify project -> restore

    You can spend thirty seconds and write a batch file and set it to run every day.

    No need to waste precious CRON jobs on this task! :)

    Wisest would be to backup GSA program folder and Application Data folders each day to a different drive

    AND

    ...Also make a backup that goes to ANOTHER place every week

    AND

    ...Every month, a backup to yet ANOTHER spot,  so you have a:

    -Daily Backup (overwritten daily)

    -Weekly Backup (overwritten weekly)

    -Monthly Backup (overwritten monthly)

    AND

    ...Also, if on VPS, copy to your *local drive or memory stick*  (periodically)


    Backups are good, and sticks and HDDs are sooo cheap, nowadays! :)

    This way your valuable GSA data will be all at your fingertips, in case you need anything.

    Better safe than sorry. 8-)
