How to import the verified list from 1linklist in GSA SER the right way?

However I import it I have high LpM only at the beginning and after some time the LpM goes down and down a little by little. What's the right way to import the list? And should I tick the box Verified list in the Options?

    I believe that is not because of the way you import it.Rather how SER works.
    I am pretty new to this,but i noticed the same.It runs through the list and posts everywhere it can.After this..nothing moves mostly.
    Not sure how it posts: if it takes only the new links in the list or it grabs random links from the list.
