Import mass e-mails

hi all,
i have over 100 projects running and i need to change e-mails, i just need some advice on the best way to do this, would it be :

mass import e-mails, split them up equally and don't test them

open individual projects, import them and test them

also, how often do you guys change e-mails?

    Verify and possibly reverify all of your backlinks. 

    Test all email addresses in Scrapebox if you have it.

    Right click -> Import -> Email Addresses -> usually 10 per project is a good figure.

    I used to change emails every 1-2 months. Now I use catch all emails and forget about them (SEOSpartans is who I use, or you could create your own catchall addresses).
