How not to do a double submission? On GSA Website Submitter

So I have a GSA Website Submitter and I am running it on chunks at a time.

I have noticed a line on a second round submission saying "successfully submitted on .... "...... 

How do I make the submitter concentrate on new submissions rather than running through some of the old ones?

    Once it successfully submits, it is not submitting there again on the next run. So you can concentrate on other things.
