    - [new] command line arguement: /scrape (automatic scraping and closing - works with MajesticBC)
    - [fixed] main process to reflect BHW changes

    - You can now use the command line arguement /scrape to automatically start the program, scrape proxies, and close the program.
    - BHW-PLS is now integrated with MajesticBC.
    - You need to point MajesticBC to the BHW-PLS .exe file. BHW-PLS will scrape the proxies, send them to MBC, and closes.
