Remove duplicate domains bug addendum

I just tested tools->remove duplicate domains->Save.. and the exported file is not the deduped file, but original file is saved. Thats different bug I described before, which happend when exporting to project.
So I tested also "remove duplicate urls"->Save.. option and it also saves original file. When doing "export to project..." correct temp file is saved.
