GSA sending only 10% links to indexification?

From 10k + verified links I do with GSA, barely 10% get to indexification. I asked them and they said that they are indexing everything GSA sends to them but that isn't case here, maybe something is wrong with GSA.

    Disable the "send backlinks to blog search engines". This takes a lot resources and slows things down when you send also to indexing services, it makes no sense using them.

    did you restart SER? Because Im sure there are still a lot links in queue for the ping services.

    I did. Nothing changed.

    This was latest answer I got from them:

    "

    I enabled logging on the API queries for your account before few hours
    and now I just checked it and I see exactly the same campaigns as in
    your account. For sure my service doesn't miss any requests.



    If you wish I will provide you the log to compare.



    Check your firewall or something.. as indeed my service is working just
    fine and whatever is shown in your account, thats what really was
    received via the API"
