Email on cpanel "all failed

I tried create email on cpanel, email works on webpage but if i want to use on GSA it doesnt work it says "all failed" ?

    so the program was not even able to connect I guess. Else an error message from the server itself would be shown. Can you check firewall/anti virus?

    Must be, firewall problem try with this switched off, see if it makes a difference

    I don't use any firewall/anti virus
    I use solidseovps server

    I think your webhost could be blocking third party email client requests, its really hard to tell

    but try troubleshooting test with another program like outlook or something similar and see what happens

    also make sure that you've configured everything properly, the ports, incoming server, ssl or non ssl

    Password:Use the email account’s password.
    Incoming Server:*.com
    • IMAP Port: 993
    • POP3 Port: 995
    Outgoing Server:*.com
    • SMTP Port: 465
    Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
     
    Non-SSL Settings
    (This is NOT recommended.)
    Username:*.com
    Password:Use the email account’s password.
    Incoming Server:*.com
    • IMAP Port: 143
    • POP3 Port: 110
    Outgoing Server:*.com
    • SMTP Port: 25
    Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
