URL's Remaining List - Any way to manually edit?

Hi all
The reason for this is in right-clicking on the tier, selecting Show Remaining Target URL's, the program tries to load the list but times out due to 3GB+ of memory used.

    the way your going at it would cause unnecessary slow down of your whole computer 
    best way is to import in increments like 1-3Mil urls at a time
