How best to uplaod large site list

Hi

If i have a large site list (2 million urls) s it better to uplaod via

1. advanced - tool - import urls (identify platform and sort)

or

2. right click on all projects, import target url - from file  - AND THEN to split between all projects

Is one method more quicker and more efficient? i have about 40 projects running that use the same keywords / site niches

    2 is quicker as identification (sort in) is happening automatically + the submission is done already. Though this makes only sense if you use the same engines on all projects, else you miss some targets.

    Sven,

    If i have 40 projects all in same sector - say finance and i am happy for all projects to have links from this 1 list

    do i

    1. split the urls between all projects and check use global lists

    2. upload all 2 million urls to each project and uncheck use global lists

    3. another setting you can recommend?
